Let’s Burn Some More Fat
Ok this one almost killed me today! I was scratching around for something extra to do after legs day at the gym today so I decided to go with this older routine from Zuzana. I am still sweating 10 mins after completing the work out. I thought to myself - oh I feel motivated, I might try and do two lots of BodyRock. NO WAY I am “completely wiped out” as Zuzana would say.

3. Side Plank Jump: 6/6/6/6/6/6
4. Super Girl Push Up: 7/7/7.5/7/7/7
